What we treat

Physiotherapy for pain, injury and movement-related problems.

People seek physiotherapy for many different reasons, from a recent injury or persistent pain to rehabilitation after surgery or difficulty returning to normal activity, work or sport.

Hands-on physiotherapy assessment and treatment

Assessment first

The same symptom can have different explanations.

A painful knee, shoulder or back does not automatically point to one diagnosis or one type of treatment.

Assessment considers the history of the problem, how symptoms behave, movement, strength, function and other clinically relevant findings.

This helps determine whether physiotherapy may be appropriate and what the next step should be. Where further medical assessment or referral is indicated, that should take priority.
